Our Wine List

Owner Roscoe Skipper oversees the wine program.  The wines are sourced from the cooler regions of California and the Old World, and offer the best values that reflect terroir, the secrets of the soil, terrain and weather.  Wines are chosen mostly for their affinity with the ever-changing menu.  Many are organically raised or bio-dynamic, gently handled and bottled un-fined and un-filtered.

Temperature is important to wine service.  The whites are served and kept cold, our chardonnays are served at 55 degrees, and the reds around 60 degrees.  Every wine is tested to see if decanting is in order. 

Our lower priced wines represent quality vineyards and producers, the majority of wines are mid-priced, and our higher priced wines are offered at almost retail.  

Dishes on each menu are tasted with several wines to find the best matches, so you’ll find a wine by the glass to suit each dish.
